Carolyn, loving Daughter of Jaqueline and the late John. Cherished Sister of Joanne, Kerry, Louise and Debbie. Deeply loved partner to John and loved by all John's family. Special Auntie to Jack, Harry and Theo.
Service to take place at South Shields Crematorium, Wednesday 3rd July at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations welcome after the service for Ward C33 Sunderland Royal Hospital.
